Service

FrameFund Briefs provides one source-linked research brief about potential funding opportunities for the project described by the customer. The service is limited to publicly available information and the scope shown on the product page.

Customer information

To start research, email your Shopify order number, project format, stage, geographic base, applicant type, target timing, and a short public-safe summary. Do not send unreleased scripts, identity documents, financial account details, or other sensitive or confidential material.

Research limits

The brief is an initial research aid, not legal, tax, financial, or grant-writing advice; it is not a verified eligibility decision and does not guarantee funding. Funders can change requirements and deadlines. Customers must confirm current rules directly with each funder. FrameFund Briefs does not submit applications or contact funders.

Delivery and refunds

Delivery is by email within seven business days after complete project information is received. If information is incomplete, the delivery period begins when the missing details arrive. Cancellations and refunds are handled under the Return and refund policy and applicable law. If we cannot complete the service, we will issue a refund.
